Shipping policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time from the time of purchase for updates on tracking!
- Standard shipping on all domestic orders (estimated 5-7 business days shipping)
- Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude holidays. *Please note weekends are not considered business days. While you may receive tracking information over the weekend, your package will most likely not start tracking until the next business day when postal services reopen.
Pickled Pickleball LLC. is not responsible for any lost/stolen items after shipment is given to the Post Office or UPS. We do our best to handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do everything in our power to try and assist in recovering any package that is lost or stolen in transit.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If your package is 'returned to sender' for an incorrect shipping address or any reason that is not due to our own error, Pickled Pickleball will unfortunately not be able to reship your order under the previously purchased shipping label and a new shipping label will need to be purchased and paid for by the customer. If you received "free shipping" we can not offer free shipping on the same order twice. Additional shipping charges will need to be collected in order to reship your order to you. Orders that have been shipped and returned, can not be canceled.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are quickly processed. While we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but we are a small business and it may take up to 3-5 business days to process (unless stated otherwise on your item description). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. You are responsible for entering your correct shipping address when you place your order. Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend delivery, or delays due to major holidays. Holidays may cause a delay in processing times and packages being delivered.
If an order needs to be canceled or changed, an email must be sent to pickled9700@gmail.com ASAP within 12 hours of placing your order. We ship fast! (Since we do ship items out super fast, we do not guarantee cancelations or address changes).

Pickled Pickleball LLC is not responsible for delays in shipping times due to mail carrier issues and shipping charges will not be refunded due to mail carrier delays. Shipping times given are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping charges, Shipping Insurance or Re:do Returns Coverage will not be refunded.
Re:do is a complimentary return software that facilitates free returns or exchanges for refunds or store credit, utilizing a small fee during checkout. For customers who decide not to checkout with Re:do initially, they can still use the return portal to create a return label! In these cases, they will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
